Bank Account without Visa / Emirates ID?

Hi. I received a notification from my bank that I need to submit my Emirates ID in order to keep my bank account active. My visa was cancelled so I don’t have the EID with me right now. Is there a solution to keep my account active till I get my new job/visa? Can they allow on passport only?
